Description
Aplets and Cotlets are a soft apple and apricot confection containing walnut pieces, and finished with a light dusting of powdered sugar. Very similar in texture and style to Turkish Delight candies.
Made fresh daily in the Cascade mountain village of Cashmere, Washington since 1920.
