The culmination of the summer solstice is a universal, silent, yet deeply felt experience; it marks the end of the lengthening days and the beginning of summer sensations. Created by perfumer Wessel-Jan Kos, JOUR 21 captures the transitional space of this special season. The opening of JOUR 21 is a round, sweetly sunny orange. It develops with blooms of jasmine flowers while musk, spices and woods allow the earthiness to emerge. Through olfactory expression, JOUR 21 goes to the essence of the earth meeting the light.
HEAD NOTES
Orange opens generously, not sharp but joyful.
MIDDLE NOTES
Jasmine, saffron and musk characterize the olfactory trail.
