If you grew up in the 90’s the high pitched BEEP followed by the sentence, “Léigh anois go cúramach ar do scrúdpháipéar, na treoracha agus na ceisteanna a ghabhann le CUID AHHH”, will be etched in your brain. Leaving cert Irish wasn’t my strongest subject, but I absolutely loved when the ghetto blaster was pulled out, tape deck loaded and the Donegal Irish accents were turned up to such a high decibel that the single glazed windows started to dance. ? Every person of my generation will always fondly remember the significance of “CUID AHHH!”. ☘️
