For years we have made this roasted garlic infused buffalo sauce with just the right amount of heat. After many requests, we figured why hide a good thing so we are ready to share our “secret sauce” with the world. Think of it as a game time classic…elevated.
While most of this sauce ends up being tossed on wings, strips or even air fried cauliflower, we have found that it is great on “all the things” as a drizzle, a dip, a dunk, or a slather. If you are looking for something that travels a little easier for game day, try making Captain Rodney’s Buffalo Chicken Cheese Dip. Or, if you want something even simpler, it’s great mixed with mayonnaise or cream cheese for a tangy side dip!
Made with: Aged cayenne peppers, Distilled vinegar, Canola oil, Water, Roasted garlic, Garlic powder, Natural dairy-free butter flavor, Smoked paprika and Xanthan gum.

Captain Rodney’s Buffalo Chicken Cheese Dip

2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of Captain Rodney’s Roasted Garlic Buffalo Sauce
1/2 cup of ranch dressing
1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into 1 quart baking dish and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through. Sprinkle with additional blue cheese, if desired, and serve with chips, crackers or cut up veggies.
