This painting is inspired by the magnificent stately homes that cover the Irish countryside. Some are drawn to their grandeur, others see a long-faded glory but Róísín is drawn to their empty rooms. To the spirit of those who worked there, who lived their lives there, who danced and loved and raised their families. Long gone but leaving the beauty of generations of lives lived behind. This square orientated print is available framed in large or small size, a small unframed mount and a large unframed version.
